Half an hour between walking to the counter and picking up my personalised key ring, great customer service and got exactly what I was after!

Do yourself a favor and get your engravings done at Penrith, NOT Mt Druitt. Have had engraving services there before that turned out perfect with no issues. Overall very disappointed.
