went to order a coffee at 2:43pm on a Monday afternoon... waited 11 minutes for my takeaway coffee... mind you it wasn't busy... paid for the extra shot... got my beverage with no coffee paid $5:40 for hot milk and one sugar... extremely unhappy with the service hasn't been the first time this branch has let me down
